Let's Get Fit
Health data

Before we ever share your data, here's the entire plan.

Nothing has left Let's Get Fit. Nothing will until we're out of early access. But when that day comes, we intend to share anonymized data — including with insurers, researchers, pharma, and employer wellness programs. Most companies tell you that in a policy update after it's done. We're telling you now, before you've even signed up, while it's still just a plan you can hold us to.

Why

Two reasons we're willing to be the company that says this out loud.

Advance the science
Almost nobody has measured, at scale, what consistent prevention actually does to long-term health. That evidence doesn't exist yet. Yours could help build it.
Fund the mission
Partners who pay for access to anonymized, aggregated data help keep the product free while we're small. We'd rather be honest that it's a revenue stream than pretend it's pure altruism.
The mission

The bet: if we can prove prevention works, the economics have to change.

If the evidence is there, it becomes a real argument for lower insurance premiums and fewer prescriptions — healthy behavior finally rewarded instead of assumed. That argument only exists if someone does the measuring. We want to be who does it.

The facts, unspun

Exactly what could be shared, and with whom.

Never leaves. Ever.
  • Your name and identity
  • Photos and progress pictures
  • Messages with your coach
  • Your raw, individual records
  • Anything that points back to you
Can be shared — aggregated & de-identified

Outcome patterns from meals, workouts, habits, medications, health metrics, and check-ins — as statistics across many people, never as your individual row.

Who receives it
Academic & research partners Insurers Pharma & life-sciences Employer wellness
Do they pay?
Yes.
Paid data partnerships help fund the free product. We'd rather say that than hide it.
The honest caveat

"Anonymized" isn't magic. Here's what it does and doesn't guarantee.

Stripping your name doesn't make data unlinkable — rich behavioral data can sometimes be re-identified, and every "anonymized" policy leaves that part out. We won't. So: only aggregated statistics leave, never individual records; groups below a minimum size are never reported; every partner is contractually barred from trying to re-identify anyone. De-identification lowers the risk. We're not going to tell you it's zero.

Your control

You're in by default. That's the aggressive choice, and we won't pretend otherwise.

What we won't do is hide the exit. It's in Settings → Privacy → Data sharing: one tap, effective immediately, and nothing about the product changes when you use it. No nags, no lost features, no "are you sure." Opt out today, back in next year — your call, any time.

What you get

What's in it for you? Honestly — not a payout.

You don't get paid, and we're not promising you a personal discount. Today, your data buys a product that stays free during early access. Long-term, it buys a bet: that proving prevention works makes healthy behavior cheaper to insure and to medicate — for you and everyone after you. That's the whole deal. If it's not worth it, the off switch is one tap away.

Questions before you join?

Ask us anything about your data.

We'll answer directly rather than pointing at a policy — that's the whole idea.
