Let's Get Fit
Why we're building this

We kept watching the same thing break.

Someone doing everything right — training, eating, checking in — and still nobody could see the whole picture. Not the client. Not the coach. The effort was real; the record of it was scattered across four apps and a spreadsheet.

The origin

Nobody was lazy. The tools just didn't talk.

Every failure we watched looked like a discipline problem and wasn't. It was a visibility problem — three months of honest work, and no single place that could answer "so what actually happened?"

The data lived in four places
Meals in one app, lifts in another, sleep on a watch, supplements in a note. Each one right on its own, useless together.
Check-ins became archaeology
Coaches spent the first twenty minutes of every call reassembling the week from screenshots instead of coaching.
So the pattern stayed invisible
The thing that was actually going wrong was usually sitting between two apps, where neither could see it.
The messy before
Phone with four tracking apps open, or a real client spreadsheet — the sprawl we're replacing.

The thesis

One app, or it doesn't work

This is the whole bet: fragmented tracking doesn't fail because people quit — it fails because no one can see the picture. So everything goes in one timeline, or we haven't solved anything.

One timeline
Meals, workouts, habits, supplements and meds land on the same day, in the same view. Correlations become obvious instead of theoretical.
One record, two people
What the client logs is what the coach sees — current, not screenshotted. No exports, no re-entry, no version drift.
One place to protect
Consolidating health data raises the stakes, so we hold all of it to one standard rather than trusting five vendors with a slice each.
Coach and client, working
Two people looking at the same screen — the relationship the product exists to serve.

What we're actually building

The relationship is the product.

Software doesn't change anyone's body. A person who pays attention does. Our job is to give that person better information and take the busywork off them — not to sit between them and the client.

That's why individuals use everything free while we're in early access. Someone tracking alone today may want a coach in a year, and they should arrive with their history intact rather than starting over.

If a coach ever has to fight our software to do their job, we've built the wrong thing.
Data stewardship

We hold health data like it matters.

We encrypt everything, log every access, and tell you plainly what we share and why. What we won't do is claim a certification we haven't been audited against — you'll hear about that the day it's real, not before.

Read our security approach
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Everything you log, everywhere it sits.
Every view and action is logged
A full audit trail across the system, so access is a matter of record rather than trust.
Coaches reach only their own clients
Access follows assignment — no browsing records that aren't theirs.
Research sharing is anonymized, and optional
We share de-identified data with research partners, and you can opt out at any time.
Research

We share anonymized data with research partners. Here's why, in plain words.

Most companies do this and hide it in a policy nobody reads. We'd rather say it on the marketing site: aggregated, de-identified data from Let's Get Fit is shared with partners who study health and fitness outcomes.

The reason is a bet worth making. Almost nobody has measured, at scale, what structured coaching actually does to long-term health. If the evidence is there, it's an argument for lower insurance premiums and fewer prescriptions — and that argument only exists if someone does the measuring.

Stripped of anything that identifies you
Aggregated and de-identified before it goes anywhere. Not your name, not your email, not your photos.
Who sees it
Our own research team, academic partners, and — where it can change what people pay — insurers. Findings get published rather than kept.
You can say no
Opting out is available to every account, at any time, and nothing about the product changes when you do.

The anti-roadmap

What we won't build

Saying no is most of the design work. These are the ones we've already decided against, so you can hold us to them.

Streaks that punish you
Guilt mechanics get short-term compliance and long-term quitting. We'll show you what happened, not scold you for a missed day.
A social feed
Comparison is not motivation. Your data is yours; there's no leaderboard and no follower count.
AI that plays doctor
The assistant logs, drafts, and answers questions about your own data. Where a real professional is needed, it says so and stops.
Hiding what we do with your data
We share anonymized data with research partners. We'd rather put that on the marketing site than in paragraph nine of a policy.
Charging coaches per feature
Plans are tiered by roster size with everything included — no modules, no upsells mid-roster.
Where we are

Pre-launch, and deliberately small.

We're opening in batches rather than all at once. Individuals come in first. Coaching businesses join as launch partners, capped on purpose — we'd rather onboard a few well than many badly.

Built. Tracking, check-ins, video feedback, messaging, programmes, and the coach dashboard — including multi-coach teams.
In progress. The AI assistant — meal logging from plain language, questions about your own data, and weekly summaries for coaches.
Next. Launch-partner onboarding, then general access.
The team at work
Candid workspace shot — small, unglamorous, real. Replace when you have one.
