Ask a questionWorking draft — pending legal review. This Acceptable Use Policy is a plain-language draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel, so it is not final and is not legal advice. Using Let's Get Fit while this policy is under review is at your own discretion, and by doing so you willingly accept all inherent risks. We may revise this policy once counsel has reviewed it; any updates will be emailed to the address on your account, and the current version will always be posted on this page.

1. About this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Let's Get Fit websites, apps, and services (the "Service") — individuals, coaches, and coaching businesses alike. It exists to keep the Service safe and trustworthy, especially because a lot of what people store here is sensitive health information.
2. Use the Service lawfully
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Terms. Don't use it to break the law, infringe anyone's rights (including intellectual-property or privacy rights), or facilitate anyone else doing so.
3. Respect other people's data
Only access data you're entitled to — your own, or a client's where you have a legitimate coaching relationship and the appropriate consent. Don't try to access, collect, or use another person's information without authorisation, and never misuse someone's health data. Don't scrape or harvest data from the Service.
4. Don't harm or abuse the Service
- Don't upload or transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt, degrade, or overload the Service.
- Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or bypass security, authentication, or rate limits.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service except where the law expressly allows it.
- Don't use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide for that purpose.
- Don't harvest, scrape, or bulk-extract our food, exercise, or supplement databases, or any other content, except through interfaces we provide.
- Don't resell, redistribute, or otherwise make the Service's data or content available to others except as we expressly allow.
- Don't use the Service's designs, workflows, processes, or other elements to build, train, or inform a competing product, service, or app.
5. Don't misuse accounts
Keep your credentials to yourself, and don't share your login or use someone else's account to give unauthorised people access to data — including client data. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation, and don't create accounts to evade a suspension or ban. You're responsible for activity under your account.
6. Keep content appropriate
Don't post or send content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive, that endangers someone's safety, or that is spam — including using the Service to spam or aggressively market products or supplements to other users, including your own clients. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
7. Coaches and clients
If you use the Service as a coach, only access client data where you have a genuine relationship and the client's consent, and stay within your professional scope and qualifications. Don't use the platform to provide advice that is dangerous or that you're not qualified to give. In particular, don't use the Service to diagnose, treat, or prescribe, to present yourself as a licensed medical professional you are not, or to give medical, mental-health, or nutritional advice that requires a licence you don't hold. Coaches are independent and responsible for their own conduct (see our Terms).
8. No emergency or medical misuse
The Service is a tracking and coaching tool, not an emergency service or a substitute for professional care. Don't rely on it for emergencies or for medical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
9. Reporting and enforcement
If you see misuse, tell us through our contact page. We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy — with or without notice where the situation calls for it, and to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we'll notify registered users — for example, by email — and update the "last updated" date above.
