This Cookie Policy explains how Let's Get Fit, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("Let's Get Fit," "we," or "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and apps (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Our approach is to use as few cookies as we can — essentially just enough to keep you signed in and keep the Service secure.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. "Similar technologies" includes things like local storage. Together they let the Service remember information between pages and visits — for example, that you're signed in.

3. Cookies we use

We use only a small number of essential cookies. Our analytics (Fathom) is cookieless, and we set no advertising cookies.

• Session cookie — essential — keeps you signed in and your session secure. Lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
• XSRF-TOKEN — essential (security) — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Lasts for your browser session.

Some preferences — such as your light/dark appearance setting — are stored in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie. Because two-factor authentication is required on every account, we don't use a "remember me" cookie.

4. What we don't do

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't allow third parties to track you across other sites through the Service for advertising.

5. Third-party cookies

We don't currently set third-party cookies. Our analytics provider, Fathom, is cookieless, and we don't embed content or advertising that would set cookies. If this changes, we'll update this policy and list any third-party cookies here.

6. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings — blocking or deleting them, or asking to be warned before one is set. Because the cookies we use are essential, blocking them will stop parts of the Service from working, including signing in. We don't currently show a cookie consent banner, since we use only essential cookies and cookieless analytics; if we introduce non-essential cookies or begin serving other regions, we'll add appropriate controls.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
